- 1 kg of lemons
- 3 stalks of parsley
- 1 bag of baking soda
- 5 liters of water
Method of preparation:
First, boil the water and leave it to cool. Meanwhile, cut the parsley into large pieces, and wash the lemon using baking soda. Cut it into round slices afterwards.
