This beverage speeds up the metabolism thus helps in getting rid of excess pounds.
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 250 milliliters of water
Method of preparation:
Boil the water and pour it over the cinnamon. Cover the bowl with a lid and let the mixture stand still until it is cooled enough to drink.
When the drink is cooled a little, add the honey. Never add honey into too hot water because it will lose its healing properties, enzymes and other nutrients.
Drink half of this beverage late in the evening, before going to bed. Drink the other half the next day. Keep in mind that you must not re-warm up this beverage.
Important: you must consume this drink on an empty stomach because otherwise it will not be effective at all.
