Vitamin Healthy Refreshing: Drinks After Training


If you are playing sports and want to quickly restore energy, we recommend the following tasty vitamin cocktail after series of exercises.

  • Carrot-Lemon Juice

After a tough workout, try to drink carrot lemon juice which will improve kidney work and accelerate the excretion of toxins from the body.

Mix 2dl of carrot juice and juice of 1 lemon, add two drops of grapefruit oil and a tablespoon of honey and drink it .

  • Grapefruit Juice Anti-Inflammatory

To encourage production of collagen in the body and to prevent inflammation of the joints and muscles after a hard workout, drink 1 glass of grapefruit juice with half tablespoon of ginger powder.

If you want it sweeter you can add one tablespoon of honey and dilute it with water.

  • Honey, Almonds And Milk For Regeneration

This cocktail will help you to restore muscle fiber after strenuous exercise. It is filled with easily digestible proteins and sugars, so we suggest you try this mix.

Mix 1.5 ounces of milk, 150g ground almonds, 2 tablespoons of honey, 50g cream cheese and one tablespoon of natural vanilla extract. Consume the resulting foamed drink 1 hour after your workout.
