Tibetan Recipe For Healthy Heart And Blood Vessels

This Tibetan cure is over 2000 years old and was found in a Tibetan monastery, written on clay tablets. It is used against triglycerides and cholesterol fat in blood vessels and prevents the occurrence of tumors.

Tibetan Cure

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of garlic
  • 2 lbs of lemon with the peel
  • 1.5 liters of water

Preparation

Put the water on fire and let it boil. Slowly add the ground garlic and lemon and cover the pot.
