This Tibetan cure is over 2000 years old and was found in a Tibetan monastery, written on clay tablets. It is used against triglycerides and cholesterol fat in blood vessels and prevents the occurrence of tumors.
- 300 grams of garlic
- 2 lbs of lemon with the peel
- 1.5 liters of water
Put the water on fire and let it boil. Slowly add the ground garlic and lemon and cover the pot. Allow to boil for about 15 minutes. After the boiling part is over, store the Tibetan cure in a glass bowl. It is consumed for 25 days straight. Drink one cup on an empty stomach every morning. Then, take a 10 day break. After the break you can continue with the same dose. After the second 25 days, stop consuming this drink.
