Hormones excreted by the thyroid gland regulate many processes in the body, such as body temperature, metabolism, heart and nervous system functioning. These hormones also affect the appearance and quality of the skin and hair.
Disruption of functions can be in terms of increased (hyperthyroidism) or reduced function of the thyroid gland (hypothyroidism).

1. Buckwheat balsam
Add a spoonful of buckwheat flour to a tablespoon of milled walnuts and 3-4 tablespoons of honey. Put all the above mentioned ingredients in a jar and mix everything well. Keep refrigerated.
Set one day a week when you will eat nothing except for this balsam. Eat the balsam as much as you want, the quantity is not limited. Of course, that day you will need to drink at least two liters of water. You should use the balsam, is a great source of useful minerals, for over 4 months.
2. Oak bark
Purchase a packaging of dried oak bark from the pharmacy. In the morning, put 3 tablespoons of the oak bark in a one-liter jar and pour boiling water over it, filling the jar to the top. Tightly close the jar and wrap it with a woolen blanket and let it stand still throughout the day.
