Thanksgiving Roasted Turkey

  • 1 turkey
  • One hand of sage leaves
  • 125 grams of butter
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • Handful of parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil

Place the turkey in oven at a temperature of 180 degrees and bake it for about 20 minutes per pound, plus another 60-70 minutes. Check it after about an hour and a half to check if the turkey is not burned or anything. Take it out of the oven and if you have time, wrap it in aluminum foil and let it stand still for at least one hour. Serve it on a plate with vegetables from the pan. Good appetite!
