- Half a grapefruit
- Half a orange
- 30 ml of coconut oil
- 5 grams of oregano
- 20 ml of chamomile tea
- 30 ml of jojoba oil
- 30 ml of olive oil
Method of preparation:
- Squeeze the juice out of the orange and grapefruit.
- Put all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix them good until you get homogeneous mixture.
- After you are done with preparing the mixture, take small jars (which you can carry with you everywhere you go) and fill them with the mixture.
Whenever you feel strong desire to smoke, put little bit of the mixture under your nose or put a several drops on a piece of cotton and inhale deeply.
