  • Use three parts of baking soda and one part of water to get a really thick paste.
  • Apply the paste to your neck and allow to dry.

1. Try Milk:

  • Get two tablespoons of milk
  • A tablespoon of curd
  • And a tablespoon of fine flour


  • Get a paste by incorporating all the ingredients.

  • Just blend some sugar and extra virgin olive oil.
  • You will get a thick paste.
  • Apply this paste to your knees and elbows and rub it on for about 5 minutes.
  • Rinse off the paste with warm water.

Using almond fruits or the oil will give you a great skin tone as it has very useful skin toning properties.


  • Just apply almond oil to your elbows and knees and rub on for about 5 minutes.
