In this article we will present homemade remedy made from recipe that dates back to ancient Sparta, and includes special foods that positively affect the strength of bones.
-- 10 tablespoons of flaxseed
-- 5 tablespoons of ground sesame
-- Several pumpkin seeds
-- Several wheat grains
-- Few sunflower seeds
-- 3 tablespoons of raisins
-- 1 kg of honey
Method of preparation:
Mix all abovementioned ingredients in a large bowl. Remember to use a wooden spoon to do so. Once you mix the ingredients well, transfer the mixture into a glass jar.
Way of consuming:
Consume one tablespoon of this medicine before breakfast and one before lunch.
