This recipe originated in the 12th century and was invented by the German doctor Hildegard von Bingen.
This recipe’s main ingredient is wild chestnut flower. Harvest flowers from one branch of wild chestnut. Put the flowers in a bowl with one liter of boiled water. Let the mixture stand still for half an hour before you strain it.
You should drink the resulting tea during the day. Make sure you drink it in small sips.
It is great for blood cleansing as well as for elimination of thrombus.
