Prevent Colds With Cinnamon – Apple Tea

Apple and cinnamon. Besides the fact that this mixture has incredible taste, it is very healing as well.

Flu and colds come together with the arrival of cold days. The cinnamon-apple tea will keep you warm, will increase the energy in your body, will improve your blood circulation, will make you breathe easier and will also act on the elimination of mucus and secretions if your nose is stuffy.
Ingredients needed:

  • 2 apples (fresh or dried – you decide)
  • Half a liter of water
  • Stick of cinnamon
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Method of preparation:

Put the apples and the cinnamon stick in the water, put the water on fire and cook until it starts boiling. Put the bowl away from fire and cover it with some lid for 15 minutes. Strain the tea and add some honey and/or lemon if you want to. Cheers!
