Today, cholesterol and fats in the blood are some of the most commonly occurring health ailments. Part of it is due to genetic predisposition, and the other part is due to unhealthy habits.
The normal cholesterol level should be between 4, 60 and 6, 20 mmol/l. This syrup will help you get rid of the problems caused by fats in the blood.
- 1 kg / 35 oz of lemons
- 5-6 stalks of parsley
- 16 oz of baking soda
- 3 liters of water
Method of preparation:
Place a bag of baking soda in a pot of warm water. Wash the lemons using cold water, and then soak them in the warm water in which you have previously put the bag of baking soda. Let the lemons soak for about an hour. Chop the parsley stalks in small pieces and do the same with the lemon rind.
Transfer the lemons and parsley into a pot with water. Place the pot on low heat and cook 2 to 3 hours. Strain the mixture once it is done. Put the resulting syrup, which should amount to approximately 1.5 liters, in a clean glass bottle.
Consume one small cup of the syrup every morning on an empty stomach. Do this for 2 weeks straight.
