1. Roast chicken

2. Yogurt

Yogurt actually contains a large amount of saturated fat. In only three teaspoons, in some types of yogurt, can be found 8.5 grams of saturated fat, which is almost half of the recommended daily dose.

3. Dried cranberries

This “nutrient” fruit contains lots of sugar. Handful of dried cranberries contains 70 grams of sugar.

4. Bakery bread

Some bakeries’ bread is very unhealthy because it contains large amounts of sodium.

5. Soup

Soups in a bag contain large amounts of salt.

6. Fast food

Even though you do not eat fast food very often, if you eat a hamburger, fries and milkshake, you will enter 83 grams of fat, 5.5 grams of salt, 33 grams of saturated fat, 115 grams of sugar and 1,900 calories.

7. Sandwiches

Even if you put green salad and tomatoes in your sandwich, it will not make it healthier because it contains lots of fat and carbohydrates.

8. Baking powder

Baking powder seems safe. However, it contains huge amounts of sodium, which affects the rise of blood pressure.
