The NEW Sinus Infection Treatment You Haven’t Heard About Yet (Works better than antibiotics!)

Anyone dealing with sinus problems would have tried all sorts of ways to cure it. Antibiotics would have been one of those. But these drugs could increase the problems.

The reason is simple for this. Antibiotics kill both good and bad bacteria. Once the good bacteria are gone from your nasal passage, nothing stops the growth of bad bacteria.

The best way to treat sinus problem is by using baby shampoo sinus irrigation and probiotic nasal rinses.

These techniques are good ways of targeting bacteria. It helps both chronic and acute sinus problems. The patients are surprised to hear this, but soon realize that it works.

The concept?

Baby shampoo irrigation cleans the nasal cavity using a surfactant. Shampoo helps to break down the oily layers that protect bad bacteria. Normal saline irrigation formulas do not achieve this. Baby shampoos are able to do it.

When you tell your children to wash their hands, you ask them to do it with soap, not just plain water. It is the same with your sinuses.

Use half a tsp of shampoo and 8 ounces of saline to get the best results. For saline, mix 3 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of baking soda and store it in a ziplock bag. In lukewarm water, add 1 tsp of saline and half a tsp of baby shampoo.

Use a rubber bulb to take the mix and flush your nostrils with it.

Then use a probiotic rinse to replenish good bacteria. Use the same saline as above. Instead of adding a shampoo, add a probiotic capsule to it.

Healthy people often say that they are unable to treat their sinus problem despite taking drugs and steroids. Something is obviously going wrong such that their body is not able to fight off infection.
