Lemon oil possesses the ability to eliminate harmful microorganisms, and in aromatherapy it is known for the beneficial effect on the overall mental health. The smell of lemon improves concentration and mood.
-- 5 drops of lemon oil
-- 1 tablespoon of sea salt
Method of preparation:
Boil 7.5 dl of water and wait for it to cool to the point where the water still evaporates but the temperature is bearable (inhalation with too hot steam can be dangerous!). Add 1 tablespoon of sea salt and 5 drops of lemon oil in the water. Cover your head with a towel and slowly inhale the aromatic steam three times throughout the day.
After you are done with the inhalation you should not leave the warm room for at least half an hour.
