The main substances (allergens) that cause an allergic reaction may include: pollen, food, micro ticks, animal body parts, poisonous insects and others.
Here is a great recipe that is especially good for people prone to allergies and little children.
-- 2 cups of goat milk
-- 1 cup of water
-- ¼ of a cup of freshly squeezed pumpkin juice
Method of preparation:
Boil the water and then let it cool. Once the water cools, add it in the goat’s milk and stir. Add the pumpkin juice afterwards and once again give the mixture a good stir.
Way of consuming:
Drink half a cup of this remedy, 3 to 4 times a day half an hour before meal. Make sure the remedy is heated to 35 Celsius before consuming it. Repeat this procedure for a whole month.
Goat milk is used because it contains proteins that otherwise cause allergies in many people. It is also useful for cleaning the liver and gallbladder. Pumpkin, on the other hand, is diet agent for many diseases.
