- 8 tablespoons of crushed dried rosemary
- 3 lemons
- 500 g. of sugar
- 2 l. water
Chop the rosemary put it in the 2 l. of water. Boil the mixture. Let the mixture simmer until the liquid has evaporated and you have 1 l. of water left. This process may take an hour. Next, add the sugar and lemon. The lemons should be cut into pieces. Once you add the sugar and lemon, put the mixture on fire for another thirty minutes.
Once you remove the mixture from the fire put it in a jar. Consume one spoon of this mixture three times a day.
