You need only four ingredients:
- 1 large grapefruit
- ¼ of a lemon
- 1 piece of ginger
- 2 oranges
- First, wash the ingredients under running water, after that mix them into blender. Strain and transfer the resulting juice in a glass bottle.
- Drink 1 cup in the morning on an empty stomach or between meals.
