Recipe for oil against joint and back pains
– 300-400 grams of garlic
– 1 liter of unrefined oil (you can use olive oil, sunflower oil etc…)
Method of preparation:
Peel the garlic and chop into small pieces. Put garlic in a glass jar and pour the oil over it. Tightly close the jar and let it stand in a dark room-temperature area for two weeks. Shake the jar on a daily basis. After two weeks have passed, stir the mixture through 3-4 layers of gauze or two times through plastic droppers.
Massage the mixture onto the painful area or areas. Cover the area and wrap to keep warm. You will notice improvement in the first couple of days.
Garlic improves circulation in the painful joints, which improves their function.
Repeat this therapy for 2 months.
The healing process is the same in varicose veins. The treatment should be done in the evening in order for the oil to act throughout the night. Rinse your legs thoroughly in the morning.
