Lemon In Combination With Ginger For Reducing Stress


Stomach acid is crucial when it comes to digestion. But, when you are under stress, the stomach acid’s amount may decrease. Therefore the whole digestion system is imbalanced.

  • Half a liter of boiling water
  • Ginger root
  • Several lemon slices

Method of preparation:

First you need to wash and peel the ginger root then grate it or chop it into small pieces. Pour the boiling water over it and let it stand still for 15 minutes. Strain the mixture afterwards and add the lemon slices.
