- 1 cup of chopped kale
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 apple
- ½ cup of fresh parsley
Mix the kale, the apple, the banana and the parsley into blender with 2.5 cups of water. Mix until the mixture is smooth. If the mixture is too dense, add more water.
