  • 6 lemons
  • 3 grapefruits
  • root ginger or 5 tablespoons of powdered ginger
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • a few fresh mint leaves
  • half a liter of clean water
  • one teaspoon of cumin powder

Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and grapefruit and mix the ginger and garlic in a blender. Mix this mixture with the lemon and grapefruit juice and add water, cumin and linseed oil.
