1.Horsetail – if you cannot find and take it from the nature then you can buy it in the herbal pharmacies. 4.Rosmarinus – it is one excellent aromatic and medicinal herb which is used in the Mediterranean cuisine. It is also used for making domestic medicinal products. It contains acid that is great fighter against bacteria that cause the inflammation of the cartilage in joints of the hands and knees.

Ingredients: 200gr rosmarinus, 2 cups of water

Heat the water until it boils, add the fresh rosmarinus, leave it for 20 minutes and strain it. Drink it twice a day.

5.Turmeric – it is well known and recognized spice which is used in many dishes and also is used for preparation of natural remedies. The turmeric contains antioxidants, has anti- inflammatory properties and heal infections in the body.

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder, 20g, 3 tablespoons of honey, 60gr, 2 cups of water, 750ml.

Preheat the little water and mix the ingredients. Leave it to stand for 10 minutes. Consume this drink for several times through the day. It will reduce the swelling and the pain in joints.
