Follow the recipe of this homemade drink and consume it. It will reduce the bad effects of your smoking habit. This is especially good for those who have been smoking for more than 5 years.
- Water- 1 liter
- Ginger- 1 small piece
- Sugar- 400 grams- brown or white.
- Garlic-400grams- peeled and cut
- Turmeric- 2 teaspoons
- Heat the water in a medium sized bowl.
- Add sugar to it.
- Once the water boils, add the other ingredients into it.
- Simmer it for 5 minutes.
- Cool at room temperature.
- Store it in a fridge.
To use, take 2 tablespoons of the above drink in the morning on an empty stomach. Have another 2 tablespoons of it in the evening after your last meal.
