- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of fresh ground ginger
- 250 ml of hot water
- Juice of 1 lemon
Method of preparation:
Put the fresh ground ginger in a bowl and pour the water over it. After it cools a bit, add the honey and lemon juice. Stir the mixture and drink it while still warm.
The best time to consume this beverage is in the morning on an empty stomach or late in the evening before you go to sleep.
