Use this oil made of red hot peppers -- it’s effective against rheumatism, neurological and joint pains. This oil belongs in the group of irritating and warming oils. It has irritating effects, dilates capillaries, increases circulation in the upper skin layers, strengthens vitamin metabolism and activates the skin’s regenerative processes.
Ingredients needed for hot pepper oil preparation:
– 10 fresh red hot peppers
– 2 cups of cold pressed olive oil
– One-liter glass jar
Method of preparation:
Wash the peppers and cut off the upper stalk. The next thing you need to do is ground the peppers in a meat mincer. You will get about one cup of grind mixture, make sure to place this in a jar and cover with olive oil. Allow the mixture to stand still in a dark place for 7 days. After 7 days, strain the content through a dropper. The oil will have a reddish color and should be for external use only!
Use the resulting oil in order to treat the affected area(s) during the day. After you are done applying the oil, wrap the affected area(s) with a warm scarf or anything that works for you. You will feel a mild yet bearable and pleasant stinging on the skin. The oil actually warms the skin without damaging it.
As the healing days pass by, reduce the application of the hot pepper oil. After 1 to 2 months, apply the oil just once a day, especially in case you feel pain. Keep the oil in a dark area.
