Honey based balms are widely applied when it comes to dealing with an eye disease. Honey quickly soothes cornea inflammation, which is the commonest disease of the eyes.
In the first 10 days of the application you can mix honey and vitamin drops. The following 10 days you can only use vitamin drops. In order to apply it, you need to put 1-2 drops under the eye lids. At the beginning you may feel mild tingling of the eye, but it will pass quickly.
Honey from eucalyptus has been proven to be especially efficient because eucalyptus contains many essential oils that possess antibacterial properties.
-- Honey dissolved with vitamin drops (the honey solution should be 30%) or it can also be applied in the form of a coating, is recommended for the treatment of inflammation and ulceration of the cornea.
-- Conjunctiva -- use distilled or boiled water in order to make a 20% or 30% honey solution. Apply 3 drops in the eye, twice a day.
-- Cataract -- In previously boiled and cooled water, mix honey, in a ratio of 1 part honey and 3 parts water. Apply 1-2 drops in both eyes 3-4 times a day.
For better vision it is recommended a combination of fruits such as blueberries, lemon juice, carrots, nuts and carrots salad, Chinese lemon and honey.
