Homemade Syrup For Improving Blood Counts (CBC)

If you feel tired often, you need to check your blood counts. But, before you go to the doctor, try the natural way to improve the general condition and blood counts. Prepare the following easy and simple syrup.


  • 1 kg of beetroot
  • ½ kg of carrots
  • 2-3 oranges
  • 2 sour apples
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 jar of honey


Peel the beets, carrots and apples, then cut them into smaller pieces, put them in a juicer and make juice.

Add the lemon and orange juice to the juicer. Finally, add the honey. Mix well until honey is merged with the juice. Pour the finished syrup it in a glass bottle.

With this measurements you will get around 2 liters of syrup that will be quite enough for 15-20 days. Drink this syrup every morning on an empty stomach.

Tip -- To improve blood counts, consume this syrup twice a year.
