Our lifestyle can affect our looks. Unhealthy diet, lack of sleep, colds and allergies are just some of the reasons that cause noticeable dark circles around the eyes and eye bags.
There are several natural ways which can help you get rid of these occurrences and we are about to present the most efficient ones.
Place one cucumber slice on each of your closed eyes. Let them act for 15 minutes.
Put two metal teaspoons in the fridge. When the teaspoons are cooled, place them onto your eyes.
Put one piece of cold potato slices on each of your eyes. Let them act for 15 minutes.
- Almond oil
Apply little bit of almond oil onto the dark circles around your eyes before you go to bed. Rinse it in the morning.
Crush some fresh mint leaves and place them onto your eyes’ dark circles. Let the mint leaves act for 10 minutes before you clean the area with wet towel.
Put previously used teabags (chamomile, black or green tea) in the fridge in order to cool. When they are cool enough, place them onto your closed eyes. Let the teabags act for 15 minutes before you remove them.
- Drink at least 2 liters of water on a daily basis in order to allow your body to function properly (lack of water can cause under eye bags and dark circles around the eyes).
- Sleep from 6 to 8 hours a day.
- Eat healthy and try to enter as much fruits and vegetables as possible.
