Cinnamon is one of the healthiest spices and that is why you need to add it into your everyday diet. Many studies have proved that cinnamon has very positive effects when it comes to lowering increased cholesterol levels and treating diseases such as gastritis and diabetes.

Cinnamon oil for everyday use
Homemade cinnamon oil can be easily prepared and can deal with both external and internal wounds and demands. It has aphrodisiac, analgetic, antibiotic, and antiseptic properties.
All you need to have in order to prepare the cinnamon oil is 5 to 6 cinnamon sticks, olive oil and a glass jar. Place all cinnamon sticks in the glass jar and pour some olive oil over them. Make sure you have closed the jar well. Leave the jar tightly closed for the next 3 weeks. Shake the jar occasionally. Strain the mixture through sterile gauze and put it in a dark bottle. You can consume the oil by adding it in desserts or you can eat one teaspoon of it every morning. Consume this oil in the morning for one month.
