The basic groceries here are the green tea, which is a great regulator of metabolism and the tangerines which are dealing with burning the unnecessary fat in our body.
In one liter of boiling water add 4 green tea bags and add 2 tangerines (chopped in circles) together with their peel, but wash them well. Finally add ten fresh mint leaves.
Leave this mixture in the refrigerator for several hours so that components and aromas merge.
Drink 250 ml of the liquid every morning, on an empty stomach. The treatment should last several months, but quite good if you start to employ and continuously.
