  • 3 liters of water
  • 1 kg of onions

Method of preparation:
Clean the onions and cut each piece into four pieces. Put the pieces in a bowl, add the water in it and place the bowl on fire. Cook until half of the water has evaporated. Put the bowl away from the fire and wait for it to cool and strain it afterwards.

Consume 250 ml of the resulting liquid sweetened with a tablespoon of honey little bit of lemon juice.
