Healthy and Delicious: Homemade Vitamin Water

This easy and simple recipe can be prepared in just 10 minutes. This vitamin water is great for your health and it is also very tasty. The taste automatically turns drinking this water from duty to pleasure. The required amount to drink is 8 glasses of per day.


  • 2 liters of water
  • 2 lemons
  • 100 g strawberries or raspberries
  • 5-6 mint leaves


Preheat the water, but not too much (it should not be boiled). Put the water in a glass bowl. Chop the lemon and add the mint and the strawberries into the bowl. The mixture is put in a refrigerator for 24 hours to stand still. Finally, just strain the mixture and the vitamin water is ready. If you want a richer taste, you can add chopped or rind orange along in the process of preparation.
