Healthy Cranberry Smoothie

Prepare yourselves this excellent smoothie full of vitamins and antioxidants which is a great cure for your senses. You can practice it as a vitamin breakfast in working mornings or as a refreshing drink after a hard working day. Anyway, it is worth to try it.

Ingredients for 2 cups full of vitamins:

  • 1\2 cup of frozen cranberries
  • 1\2 cup of frozen forest fruits
  • 1 banana
  • 1\2 cup of green tea
  • 100 ml of vanilla flavored soy milk
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Mix the frozen fruit, the banana and the honey in a blender until you get a thick paste. Then, gradually add the liquids. In the end you should get a creamy consistency with a strong red color, in which you can add some piece of fruit in order to get even richer flavor.
