Ingredients for 2 cups full of vitamins:
- 1\2 cup of frozen cranberries
- 1\2 cup of frozen forest fruits
- 1 banana
- 1\2 cup of green tea
- 100 ml of vanilla flavored soy milk
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Mix the frozen fruit, the banana and the honey in a blender until you get a thick paste. Then, gradually add the liquids. In the end you should get a creamy consistency with a strong red color, in which you can add some piece of fruit in order to get even richer flavor.
