Ginger Tea - Help for Migraine Headaches

This excellent tea recipe will help you get rid of pulsating headache and it is also effective in the prevention of nausea caused by migraines.

This tea can be prepared very simply and easily. Pour one teaspoon of dry ginger powder with 2.5 dl.of boiling water. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then, add the juice of a half a lemon and drink it while it is still dark. You can drink this tea for a few days (3-4 cups per day), and it is advisable to drink at times when symptoms are not expressed in order to prevent the next attack.
