Full List of Illegal Cancer-Causing Shampoos! Is Your Shampoo on The List?!

It has now been proven through extensive research that a lot of commercial shampoos actually cause more damage to your health than good.

In a study carried out by the Center for Environmental Health located in  Oakland, California it was found that majority of commercial shampoos tested were packed with the highly carcinogenic compound known as cocamide diethanolamine (cocamide DEA).

Top brands with this carcinogenic compound include and are not limited to shampoos manufactured by Paul Mitchell, Colomer, Palmolive and Colgate.

It was also discovered that this compound was not stated on the labels of these brands products and more worrisome they were intended for kids and had deceptive labelling.

Mr. Michael Green the execute director of CEH explained that what people don’t realise is that majority of these commercial shampoos are not tested for safety and that when ever people use them they are potentially drenching themselves in cancer-causing chemicals.

He further stressed that he expected companies to be more socially responsible and to put a stop to the production of such products that are harmful to the health of kids as well as adults.

CEH found that store-brand products on the shelves of popular marts like Trader Joe’s, Walmart, Kohl and Pharmaca also had cocamide DEA.
