Before you start preparing this tonic make sure you have gloves on because hot peppers may damage your skin. You also should beware of the pepper’s strong smell.

Ingredients needed:

-- ¼ of a cup of ground ginger

-- ¼ of a cup of finely chopped onion

-- ¼ of finely chopped garlic

-- 2 tablespoons of ground horseradish

-- 2 tablespoons of powdered turmeric

-- 7 dl of apple cider vinegar

Method of preparation:

Put the ginger, onion, garlic, horseradish and turmeric in a bowl and mix them. Then, transfer the healthy mixture in a glass jar and fill the rest of the jar with apple cider vinegar. Close it tightly and shake it well.

Let the jar stand still in cold and dry area for 2 weeks. Do not forget to shake it on a daily basis. After 2 weeks, stir the mixture and strain it using plastic droppers.

Keep the resulting tonic in the fridge.

If you want to soothe tonic’s stinging sensation, before consuming it, eat a piece of orange or some other citrus fruit.

It is recommendable to gargle with the tonic before swallowing it. Just make sure you are doing this carefully because this tonic’s taste and smell are extremely sharp.

If you want to strengthen your immunity, consume 1 teaspoon of the tonic a day.

Consume 1 teaspoon of the tonic 5 to 6 times a day if you are dealing with some serious disease or infection.
