Food can act as medicine, but it can also be the biggest enemy of the health. The choice you make when you sit down to eat affects the way you think, concentration, mood and energy. Some products can make you feel comfortable, think easily, while others can make you moody and you are without energy.

If you want to improve the functioning of the brain, they often eat the following products.

Oily fish

Salmon, mackerel, herring and sardines are an excellent choice. Consume fish 2-3 times a week. Besides being very tasty eating¬†blueberries¬†stimulate short-term memory and one of the best sources of antioxidants. They protect the brain from free radicals and reduce the effects of Alzheimer’s disease.

It is advisable to eat a cup of blueberries 3-4 times a week. It can be consumed fresh and frozen.


Surprisingly avocado is present on every list of healthy foods. Good fats and proteins that are contained in this fruit improve blood circulation, which is necessary for the proper functioning of the brain. Still it should not be consumed in excessive amounts because avocados are considered as rich foods.
