Folk Remedy For Decreasing Blood Sugar Levels And Excess Pounds

Ingredients needed:

  • 2 sticks of cinnamon
  • 1.7 Ounces of cloves
  • 1.5 liters / 50 Ounces / 6 cups of bottled water (use regular water, not mineral)

Method of preparation:

Put the clove and cinnamon into the water. Let this mixture stand still for 4 to 5 days in the refrigerator.

Consume 100 ml / 3 Ounces / 0.4 cup of the water every morning on an empty stomach.

When there is only for 4 days of the mixture left, prepare yourselves another dose. Drink 3 bottles of this mixture then make a 15 days break. Repeat this whole procedure if you still did not got rid of your problem.

This folk medicine is great for decreasing cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
