- 2 liters of water
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger root
- 1 cucumber cut
- 1 lemon (cut into circles or squeezed)
- 12 mint leaves
These ingredients are put into a jar and left overnight. You can drink this mixture the very next day.

Breakfast -- a cup with light breakfast
Lunch -- salad with fish and vegetables
Dinner -- grilled fish, boiled potatoes and green lettuce
