If you have breathing problems or suffer from bronchitis, than make an inhalation with honey at home.
All you need to do is follow the procedure we are about to present:
Put 50 ml of water and a spoonful of natural meadow honey in smaller pot. Place the pot on low fire so it can slowly boil and evaporate. Once the liquid starts to evaporate, put a towel over your head and lean over the pot at a distance of 20 cm. The process of inhalation takes about 25 minutes, until all the liquid has evaporated. In the end you will feel a smell of burned sugar.
It is recommended to repeat the procedure once in two to three weeks. Once you are done with the inhaling process, you need to rest. The best thing to do is lie down for at least an hour.
Note: Since the whole process of inhalation lasts pretty long, you need to take a comfortable position. If this procedure is applied on a child, be careful not to fall asleep, especially in the last ten minutes.
While applying this therapy is good to slowly lick a spoonful of natural meadow honey every three hours during the day. Half a tablespoon is used for children.
