We present a recipe that is very rich in vitamins, minerals and amino acids and very easy and simple to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • Lettuce
  • 2-3 stalks celery
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • 1 banana
  • 200 g spinach

All ingredients are put in a blender and mixed until mixture turns merge. This drink is consumed in the morning.
