Dietary Pancakes

Dietary PancakesIngredients for 10 pancakes:

  • 10 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 whole egg (for amino acids)
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml. low-fat milk or carbonated mineral water
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa and 1 dose of Whey Protein Chocolate

All ingredients are placed in a bowl and grow dim with mixer for 2-3 minutes. Add milk if necessary. Since the pancakes need their filling, here is a recipe for the filling as well:

  • 2 medium sized apples
  • 3 teaspoons of honey
  • cinnamon

Apples are grated or chopped in small cubes and place in a container where the honey is added. Mix everything good and add the cinnamon. Teflon pan is used for the pancakes so you do not need to use oil. We hope you like the recipe and that you include in your diet.
