Prepare yourselves a detoxification smoothie.
1/4 cup of almond milk
1 cup of chopped pineapple
1 peeled peach (cut into pieces)
1/2 cup of yogurt
1 cup of fresh spinach,
juice of 1 green lemon.
Preparation: mix the banana with the milk in a blender for about 3 minutes. After that, add the pineapple, the peach and the yogurt. Finally, add the spinach and lemon juice. Mix all of the ingredients in a blender and serve.
