- 2 cinnamon sticks
- One bag of cloves (1 tbsp)
- 1.5 liter of bottled water
Put the cinnamon and cloves into the bottled water. Let this mixture stand still for 4-5 days in the refrigerator. Drink 1 deciliter from the water every morning on an empty stomach.
