Cinnamon And Honey Drink For Weight Loss

Ingredients:

  • • Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • • A large spoonful of honey
  • • Fresh lemon juice
  • • 300 ml. of water

Preparation:
First, boil hot water. Once the water boils remove it from the fire and let it cool until it is lukewarm. Do not add the ingredients in the hot water because they will lose their quality. Once the water becomes lukewarm add the cinnamon and honey and leave the mixture to stand still for 15-20 minutes before drinking it. Add the juice of half a lemon. Once the drink is ready, drink 150 ml in the morning or before lunch. Drink the other 150 ml drink before bedtime. Practice this every day, experience has shown that it helps in the fight against excess weight.
