Chocolate For A Stronger Heart


Daily consumption of chocolate reduces the risk of heart attack, stroke and can protect our heart in general. It will also reduce the risk of many heart diseases. This is due to the fact that chocolate is rich in antioxidants.
Australian scientists investigated the long-term cardiovascular effects with daily consumption of 100 grams of dark chocolate. This experiment was done with people who have high blood pressure.
They concluded that thus prevent 85 cardiovascular shock, of which 15 fatal 10,000 people over 10 years.
Scientists say that these data apply only to dark chocolate containing at least 60 to 70% cocoa.
