- Wake up with a cup of coffee
Not long ago has been proven that moderate drinking of coffee or tea have a positive impact on health. Although scientists are trying to link the consumption of caffeine to heart disease, cancer, hypertension and osteoporosis, the opposite is proven.
- Eat every day at the same time
If the body wants to abbreviate the awaited lunch at noon and you cannot eat at that exact time, except that you are hungry, you are under stress as well. Try to follow a daily eating routine. It is one of the best ways to relieve stress.
- Take off your clothes

- Throw away the high heels
