Kidneys are one of the most important organs in our body. They filtrate over two hundred liters of blood every day in order to eliminate harmful things we put into the body.

Kidneys are, in fact, a sort of defense mechanism that eliminates around two liters of waste and excess fluids through urine.

Too toxic things can cause kidney, urinary tract and bladder diseases. Kidneys’ worst enemies are: salt, GMO, inserted artificial sweeteners, carbonated drinks, caffeine and cigarettes.

In order to maintain optimal health of the kidneys, it is advisable to drink large amounts of water. Also, very beneficial effect on their health has the following drink.

Ingredients needed:

-- Juice of half a lime or lemon

-- 1 peeled kiwi

-- Half a cup of walnuts

-- 1 banana

-- Half a stalk of fresh parsley

-- 1 cup of water

Method of preparation:

Squeeze the lemon/lime juice and put it in a blender together with all other ingredients. Mix well until you get homogeneous mixture.

Drink this beverage in the morning before breakfast.
