Tartar is a build up mineral. Simply brushing your teeth will help, but will not help the process of tartar being removed. In cases of severe tartar deposit it can lead to a health state called periodontitis.

If detected, most often with brownish or yellowish color, the best way to be removed is by paying a visit to your dentist. But there is alternative way that can be done at home

All you need is:
*Dental pick
*Baking soda
*Hydrogen peroxide
*Antiseptic mouth wash
Baking soda is the most effective and most often used ingredient when it comes to removing dental plaque.
You can do this in just 4 easy steps.

Step 1:
In a cup mix half a teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of baking soda. Soak the toothbrush in the water and then scoop some of the mix. Brush your teeth in circular motion, spit any residue and continue the same motion for 5 minutes.
Step 2:
Rinse your teeth with prepared mix made of half a cup of warm water and 1 cup of hydrogen peroxide. Repeat until you use the mixture or for 1 minute. Then use 1 cup of cold water in order to rinse.
Step 3:
Take a dental pick and scrub off any tartar that is visible, while being careful not to hurt or scratch your gums.
Step 4:
With the antiseptic mouthwash rinse once again and repeat the same treatment every second day until reaching wanted results.

*Best oral cavity cleaner is saliva. Spices and spicy food increases the amount of saliva.
